14-DAY RETURN POLICY

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and work to resolve it promptly.

 

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), as well as hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions about specific items.

 

Note: We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD

If you are in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, without needing to provide a justification. As with our standard return policy, the item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, along with the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the approval of your refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
